Set up your YSG SleepPro in just a few moments and turn any room into a dark, quiet space for deep, restorative sleep.

Power on & pair via Bluetooth

Press and hold the power button until the LED flashes. Open Bluetooth on your device and select “YSG SleepPro” from the list. Once connected, the blue light stops flashing.

Tip: play white noise, calm music or a sleep app at low volume.

Adjust the strap for a snug fit

Place the mask over your eyes and adjust the elastic strap until it feels secure but not tight. The 3D memory foam should sit gently around your eyes without pressing on them.

Make sure the mask covers the nose bridge to block incoming light.

Lie back, relax & fall asleep
