What UltraPore collects when you browse, order or write to us, why we hold it and how to have it removed.
Who we are
This site is UltraPore, at https://ysgmarket.com. It sells the UltraPore ultrasonic skin scrubber. For any privacy question, use the contact page.
What we collect
Orders. When you buy, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number if you give one, and the contents of your order. We need this to take payment, ship the product and keep the records the law requires.
Payment details. Card payments are handled by our payment provider. Your full card number never reaches this site or our staff; we only see the result of the transaction and the last digits of the card.
Messages. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you send, so we can reply.
Technical data. Our host and security layer log IP addresses and browser information for every request, which is how the site stays available and protected against abuse.
Cookies
The shop sets cookies so your cart survives page loads and so you stay logged in to your account if you create one. These are required for the shop to work. We do not run advertising cookies.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Order data is processed to perform the contract you enter into when you buy, and kept afterwards because tax and accounting rules require it. Messages are processed on the basis of your request. Technical logs are processed for our legitimate interest in running a secure site.
Who else sees it
Only the parties needed to complete your order: our payment provider, the carrier that delivers the parcel, our hosting provider, and, where the product ships directly from a supplier, that supplier. None of them may use your data for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as accounting law requires. Contact messages are kept while the conversation is useful and then deleted. Account data is kept until you ask us to close the account.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, and object to processing. Write to us through the contact page and we will answer.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page.
